Shipping Policy

Your purchases will be shipped by the lowest bid from our shipping partners (USP, USPS, Fedex, DHS, etc). You will receive an automated e-mail and/or text with your tracking number once your order is ready for shipping.

Delivery Times

We aim to process your order within 5 business days and your estimated delivery time will be stated in your e-mail and/or text that you will receive once it is being shipped. In the event of a situation that prevents us from processing your order we may send you a notification explaining why. You can contact us at anytime to inquire on the status of your order or check your account panel to see the status of your order. We do not offer delivery on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Foreign and International Shipping

Delivery times are estimates, and not guarantees in any communication we provided. Delivery estimates for all international services do not include customs processing times. We are are not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Fees

We may impose shipping fees based on your location and items you are ordering. On checkout we will designate any shipping fees that may occur.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Domestic Delivery

Our coffee products generally offer free shipping domestically to United States. On checkout we will designate any shipping fees that may occur. If you feel you may be charged in error for any shipping. Please reach out so we can make it right.
